Tianjin Shenzhoutong Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd ,with total investment of RMB 260 million, occupied 86,000 square meters and building area 28,000 square meters. Over the years, we have earned a good reputation from the customers around the world。we has achieved many international certifications and honours, like API 5L、API5CT、ISO9001-2008,CE Certificate, Pressure pipe production license There are three main kinds of products in our company--ERW Steel Pipes, Spiral Steel Pipes and Oil Casing Pipes.In additon,We have two warehouse factories to stock seamless steel pipes.All our seamless pipes from TPCO,BAOGANG GROUP,HENGYANG, etc.Include Carbon steel,Alloy steel.And machine thread end pipes,couplings,Groove end pipes,Greenhouse pipes. There are two production lines for ERW Steel pipes, O.D.Ф21.3mm—Ф660mm and W.T 0.5mm—16.3mm. And we have ten production lines for the Spiral Steel Pipes, O.D.Ф219.1mm-Ф3000mm and W.T 5mm-30mm. Besides,for the oil casing pipes ,we have two production lines to Thread pipes ends with O.D Ф114.3mm-Ф508mm and W.T:4.24mm-16.3mm. And one production line to thread pipes end with O.D Ф21.3mm-Ф114.3mm and W.T:1.5mm-14mm. In addition, two production lines are insulted for supporting anti-corrosion. The annual output is up to 500,000 metric tons. We will take the newest international standards to produce the pipes, such as API 5L、API 5CT、ASTM A53、ASTM A106、EN10219、GB/T9711、3091-2008、13793-2008、14291-2006,etc. The material we will use are GRB、X42、X52、X60、X65、X70、J55、K55、N80、L80、P110 steel grades, etc.The products are widely used in petroleum, natural gas, gas, coal, machinery, electric power, piling and other purposes.We have been using the international advanced technological equipments, such as W-FF molding, solid-state high frequency induction welding, ultrasonic testing, magnetic flux leakage detection etc, as well as high-end testing equipments as metallographic analysis, Vickers hardness tester, impact testing machine, Spectrum analyzer, universal testing machines ,etc.contact lina:whatsapp: 8618234981259lina@tjshenzhoutong.com
